Sadly, this game is not made for that to be consistently possible. I could do that all day in CoD, and I could do it most times on Halo, but Titanfall makes it too hard. It’s very fast-paced, and the maps are really big, so you can’t keep up with all of the idiots. On top of that, when you get thrown into a partially-over game, it’s often a case where the other team has more titans, and you have some teammate who is or something stupid.
I overlooked your name I the “Add for Titanfall” thread didn’t I? Not sure if I played with you, and I don’t know our skill gap, but I know it IS possible to consistently carry. I rarely lose games unless going for challenges. LTS I have a problem with, but I know it’s possible I have friends who get an average of 11 titan kills. Pilot Hunter is simple and Hardpoint is the hardest. I never played Call of Duty, but in Halo the skill gap is similar – easy to carry people.

Try resetting your router or modem by unplugging it from its power source for at least fifteen seconds and then plugging it back in the game. Before the update, it would just throw you back in the lobby with the same players and start one fast.
In a month from now, the entire playerbase will have flocked to Attrition and Bounty hunt just as they did in Titanfall 1 and you’ll never be able to get a game in either. You won’t have to play CTF, but you’ll never get to play Hardpoint.

Searching for teammates and opponents will now sometimes take more time to look for players that are a good skill level match, rather than purely prioritizing speed over quality. This will give us more time to build better teams and create closer games that are worth staying in for a longer period of time.
Rather than playing against the same opponents over and over, the game will periodically split the teams apart and search for new opponents for each team. Other than that the Weapon are pretty much balanced and serve their purpose pretty well. If you’re getting out gunned most of the time, then you’re probably just not as good as them. These are time consuming.

If anyone knows how this works, I’d love to know. Currently on the Australian Titanfall server you can only ever get a match of Attrition. Nothing else is ever played with the exception of occasionally frontier defense and campaign. Otherwise, Attrition will be the only gamemode ever played and people will get bored. Titanfall 1’s method Titanfall used this abomination which I believe has contributed to the death of the multiplayer.
Here’s how it happened: Players pick one gamemode to play Hardpoint, for example One in every 12 players can’t get a match instantly, and decides to queue instead for a gamemode that they think they’ll have better luck with usually Attrition, the most popular Slowly, the number of players in a gamemode decreases as the players leave for Attrition. As more and more players leave that gamemode’s queue, the matchmaking quality drops and it becomes harder and harder to find a good match.
Eventually, that gamemode is depopulated. Rinse and repeat until Attrition is the only gamemode that people can play. Currently, Attrition and to some degree, Frontier Defense and campaign is the only gamemode played at least, on the Australian servers. The flaw with this method is that because players can only queue for one gamemode, they’re encouraged to queue for the most popular, most bland gamemode there is.
If things had gone differently, perhaps Attrition would be empty and everyone would only ever be able to get a match in CTF.

In the case of Cluster Missiles shoot a wall and then turn your back to the spot you just shot with cluster missile, if the pilot does not move he dies. Cluster Missiles do damage to your titan as well so try to only use them as a last resort to kill a rodeoing enemy pilot. You can manually eject from your titan the default key on keyboard is X If you lose a match and have a titan stand underneath the drop ship.
If you are being rodeo’d by an enemy pilot and choose exit your titan you have the following options beyond simply shooting at them: Throw a satchel charge over your titans head, the instant it goes over the titan pop the trigger; your titan should shield you from the blast whilst killing the pilot on its back.
