Speaking to Game Informer, Miyazaki explained that Dark Souls 3 will allow players to fast travel from the start, similar to the way it worked in Dark Souls 2. Also like the second game, Dark Souls 3 will let players reallocate their stats so they can easily experiment with new builds or undo unwanted leveling choices. The major change coming to magic is the switch to an MP bar more akin to Demon’s Souls rather than the limited spell charges in previous Dark Souls games, where magic could only be cast a certain amount of times before requiring replenishment at a bonfire. Dark Souls 3 will see the return of the illusory walls used in the first Dark Souls, which were used to hide away everything from treasure chests to entire rooms or levels.

Someone who is extremely high level should not be able to invade someone who is hundreds of levels lower than them. In DkS1 they could still be invaded but not invade others unless they were a Darkmoon. Let them be invaded, let them invade players with sin, but don’t let them randomly invade as a red where they have the advantage of SL’s.
I don’t think you get how SM works. It’s not possible without both the high and the low levels having similar Soul Memories, which implies the low level is fully prepared to interact with much higher levels. There’s always the occasional save editor, but Soul Memory not accounting for cheaters is not a flaw in Soul Memory. Nobody complained then, so I don’t see why people are complaining now.
